Business Operations Manager in Sinyavska E. A., FOP

We are a Fintech company in an active phase of growth. 

We are looking for a person who knows how to turn chaos into a system, loves order and does not get lost when things change quickly. You will work in a small team, report directly to the Head of BizDev and have a direct impact on the company's operational processes.

Requirements:

Confident work with Jira and Confluence. 

Experience in working with CRM systems. 

Ability to build reports and analyze data. 

Experience in supervising the performance of tasks by colleagues. 

Competent business correspondence in Ukrainian and English. Independence and ability to prioritize in conditions of rapid changes.

Responsibilities:

Lead operational processes of the team - ensure that tasks are set, completed and closed on time. 

Work with Jira and Confluence: manage tasks, write documentation, configure processes. 

Build reports and dashboards on key metrics. 

Work with CRM: keep data clean, find bottlenecks. 

Automate routine processes. 

Report directly to the Head of BizDev.

Will be a plus

Basic SQL or Google Sheets at the level of pivot tables and complex formulas. 

Experience with automation tools - Zapier, Make or similar. 

Experience in fintech or startup.
