Business Operations Manager in HR SERVICE

We, the "HR-Service" agency, are currently actively recruiting candidates for the position of "Business Operations Manager" for our partners "Workers Platform".

What should you know about Workers Platform?
International company providing staffing and cleaning services in the EU since 2017. Our clients are hotel chains and service companies in Poland, Austria and Germany.

The company is actively growing and expanding team, so we are looking for a system and analytical specialist who will be responsible for the efficiency and scaling of the company's business processes.

The following tasks await you:

• Conducting business processes of the company (recruiting, marketing, etc.). text-decoration: none">Formation of management reporting (tables, dashboards) normal; text-decoration: none"> none">Construction and improvement of the company's business processes.
  400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Identifying growth points and developing solutions to improve efficiency.
  
  

• Formation and implementation of motivation systems based on KPI.
  
  

• Initiating and implementing changes aimed at scaling the business.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, operations management or a related field.
  
  

• You have experience with CRM and analytical tools.
  
  

• You understand financial indicators and KPI principles.
  
  

• You speak English at level B1 or higher.
