We are looking for a qualified and experienced specialist to work in our Company, who will become a team player to help in the creation and implementation of an effective analytical infrastructure that will support the company's strategic business goals, will facilitate the adoption of informed decisions based on up-to-date data.

Your main tasks will be:

• Development and implementation of Power BI and DWH development strategy

Analysis of business needs and determination of priorities in the development of BI and DWH

• Project management for the development and implementation of BI solutions

• Ensuring the implementation of projects on time

• Coordinating work with stakeholders

• DWH architecture design, development and optimization

• Implementing ETL processes to load, transform and integrate data from different sources

• Developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support adoption management decisions

• Analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes with stakeholders for further implementation;

• Maintaining integrity, alignment and data quality

• Ensuring data protection and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Continuous improvement of processes and tools for working with data

• Identification and analysis of business processes

• Development and support of existing analytics architecture

• Ensuring the provision of quality and timely analytical products

• Supporting and training users of BI solutions

• Preparing and providing regular reports on the status and project results to company management

• Monitoring, analysis and extension of existing ETL processes

• Connection of various output data (databases, api, etc. )

• Active participation in planning and implementation of data modeling and data management processes

• Processes and analyzes data provided by its manager.

• Uses various methods and tools to find patterns in the data, draw conclusions, and get the most out of them for the customer of the dashboards or the supplier.data analysis

• Systematically or as needed conducts data analysis

• Forms data analysis/definition of requirements

• If necessary, develops concepts of sketches of future layouts, namely their content and the logic of their work

• Participates in the planning of annual tasks, determines the scope based on understanding the complexity of implementation

• Identifies and analyzes business processes to further build the logic of dashboards

• Performs technical testing of dashboards in power bi< /p>

• Supports implemented BI solutions by monitoring performance and tuning queries, resolves data integrity issues, monitors system performance, and reports functional and technical issues.

Expectations from candidates:

• Higher education in the field of information technologies, computer sciences, business informatics

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI and DWH (preferably manufacturing or agri sector)

• Experience in project management including planning, coordination and execution

• Possessing a special programs: Power BI, SQL, ETL tools, cloud platforms

• Confident user of MS Office, 1С8.
