The "More with Eduard Akhramovych" project is a new educational program of the company that develops strategic thinking of owners, trains the skills of making profitable business decisions and provides tools for delegation and team management.

The role of assistant manager will be key in ensuring a harmonious team work and achieving a common goal.
What experience is important for us:
• experience in the position of assistant project manager/ project or operations manager from 1 year. Experience in infobusiness is desirable.
• knowledge and understanding of the main components of business: product, marketing, sales, finance, basic management, hiring people for the team.
• the ability to set clear tasks, create and monitor work/task schedules.
• ability to use Excel tables at a good basic level, experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• responsibility and organization, ability work with deadlines and manage several tasks at the same time.
• speed in everything: from writing a letter to communicating with the client.
• good communication skills, ability to work with clients and the team.
• initiative and desire to learn, willingness to quickly learn new tools and methods.
What you will be responsible for:
• Project planning and coordination:
Development of task execution plans.
Monitor compliance with deadlines and quality of execution.
• Communication with by the team:
Organizing the work of all project participants, ensuring effective exchange of information and support between participants.
• Interaction with clients:
Coordinating details of orders and offers.< /p>
Maintaining relations with customers and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Organizing meetings.
• Preparation of presentation materials.
• Document management.
• Reporting.
