Business Development Team Lead in SKELAR

The role will include managing operational processes and product development, as well as strengthening the direction of supply. You are our ideal teammate if— You have experience in the position of Business Development Team Lead/Operations Team Lead from 1 year;— You have configured processes from 0;— You have experience managing a team of 3+ people;— You work with analytical tools;— You have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English; — Experience in supply management in the marketplace will be a plus. Tasks: — Search for new opportunities to attract partners; — Transformation and improvement of the efficiency of operational processes; — Data analysis and discovery of valuable insights; — Organization of team work: holding meetings and setting tasks. In addition to businesses, we develop the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. As part of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
