Enavate is looking for a Business Development Representative, a key role within our dynamic organization that will be responsible for business development, lead generation, lead qualification and prospecting for net new sales opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years’ experience developing new business opportunities from marketing campaigns, cold calling, nurture campaigns and event follow up. Additionally, you will build and maintain successful relationships with prospects, collaborating with sales executives on strategy, nurturing prospects to move them through the sales funnel and working with the marketing team to gauge campaign success.This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Business Development. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would like to meet you!Your Day Will Consist OfPerform initial prospecting, qualifying of leads and delivery to Sales Rep team via multiple channel efforts including marketing campaign follow up, cold calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.Identify client needs, paint points, BANT information.Customize email correspondences to align with prospects industry pains and product interest.Report on weekly Top 5 priorities with ManagerStay knowledgeable around new products/services and technology offerings.Work with Marketing to provide relevant collateral for prospects.Track, update and maintain notes and activities in Microsoft CRM databaseParticipate in relevant sales and training meetings.Utilize workflow and technology tools such as Microsoft CRM, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedInHere is what it takes to be successful in this role:Ability to listen and pay attention to detailsBe self-motivatedMeet or exceed weekly lead qualification goalsComfortable making cold callsAbility to communicate product features/benefits clearly and with integrityStrong sense of urgency and responsibilityEffective written and verbal communicationsAbility to work in a team environment but also independentlyManage time effectivelyKnowledge of Microsoft CRM, HubSpot, Outlook and SharePointAbout EnavateTransforming Businesses and the Lives They TouchAt Enavate, we are more than just a Microsoft Gold Partner—we’re a trusted partner in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting, Cloud services, and managed services.
