Our Sales team consists ofLead Generation Managers, Data Entry specialists, SMM (Social Media Marketing) experts, Warm-up specialists, and Business Development managers. The Sales department directly impacts the overall growth and development ofthe company, allowing sales managers tobuild the company alongside other team members and grow professionally. Your responsibilities: manage the sales process from beginning toend; maintain consistent communication with potential partners throughout the sales funnel stages; negotiate with prospective customers; conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, participate inpre-sale activities, assess qualification requirements, and deliver live demos ofproposals; finalize deals; negotiate contracts with clients; cultivate and maintain customer relationships; devise and execute promotional/sales campaigns; conduct face-to-face meetings and participate inroadshow activities; analyze market trends and pinpoint new business opportunities. It’s about you: have 3+years ofexperience inthe same position inanIT company; live inthe USA; demonstrate the ability totravel and conduct roadshows inthe USA; possess strong skills inbuilding business relationships; demonstrate proficiency inclosing deals; beproficient inworking with CRM; possess anunderstanding ofsoftware development life-cycle; possess anunderstanding ofsoftware development services; have experience working with awide range ofcompanies, from startups toenterprise clients; demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills, with successful experience inproposal preparation; exhibit proficiency inboth written and verbal communication; collaborate with the sales team and sales representatives tomeet the company’s annual sales target; demonstrate the ability tocreate and implement sales plans; have the capacity tomeet sales goals bymonitoring progress; possess the ability toanalyze sales data; demonstrate management and leadership skills; have the capability todevelop budgets and sales strategies. Itwould beaplus ifyou have: extensive personal connections.
