Now we are actively developing the international B2B direction and are looking for aBusiness Development Manager /ProjectManager, which will help us scale exports, build a partner network and open new markets for the Spell brand.

This is a role for someone who is ready to develop international sales, build partnerships and launch new markets, coordinating internal teams and ensuring systemic development of B2B direct.

The main objectives of the role:

  • Development of international B2B sales
  • Building a partner network (distributors, advertising agencies, corporate clients)
  • Expanding the sales geography and entering new markets markets
  • Formation of commercial cooperation models
  • Ensuring stable growth of export revenue

Main functionality

  1. Development of international B2B direction
  • Development of international B2B sales strategy
  • Analysis of potential markets for export
  • Planning of expansion of brand presence in international markets

2. Involvement of international partners

  • Search and attraction of new partners (distributors, advertising agencies, corporate clients)
  • Conducting negotiations, product presentations and launch of new partnerships
  • Formation of commercial proposals and agreement on terms of cooperation

3. Building and developing B2B sales

  • Forming and managing the international B2B sales funnel
  • Developing partnerships and increasing repeat orders
  • Developing cooperation models and partner programs for different markets

4. Management of export processes

  • Coordination of internal processes (production, logistics, warehouse, finance) for the fulfillment of international orders
  • Support of international contracts and monitoring of the implementation of agreements

5. Analytics and direction development

  • Sales performance analysis, market monitoring and finding new opportunities to scale exports

Skills and experience we want to see

  1. Experience inB2B sales or business development of 3 years or more, preferably with international clients
  2. Experience in entering international markets and developing export sales
  3. Practical experience in search and development of partners (distributors, corporate clients, agencies) Experience in negotiations, product presentations and commercial deals, strong communication skills and results orientation Understanding of building B2B sales, partnership models and development long-term customer relations
  4. Skills for working with CRM and sales funnel management
  5. English - Upper-Intermediate or higher for working with international partners
