You will be responsible for driving revenue related to fintech software solutions offerings, across the US, UK, EU, and MENA regions.You will work with Outsourcing and Outstaffing business models as well as a Product (digital banking platform). Join us to lead innovation and help shape the future of finance.YOUR BACKGROUND2+ years of successful experience in active sales as a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Account or Delivery Manager in IT outsourcing (Mobile and Web Development), professional services or IT consulting companyFintech domain experienceAbility to close complex, high-value deals involving multiple decision-makersAbility to handle full sales cycle, from establishing an initial contact through to closing the dealGood grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle and technologies for web and mobile appsCRM proficiencyExcellent communication and analytical skillsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsFluent English (C1 or C2 levels), preferably with experience working or studying in English-speaking countriesSkills that will be a plus:Project management knowledge or basic computer science/tech knowledge of IT services, programming languages or product managementHubSpot proficiencyA second foreign language is a plusM.S./M.A. degree in Finance, Economics or Business AdministrationPrevious experience preffered: Experience in preparing and presenting complex commercial offers for high-value projects involving and coordinating work of a pre-sales team.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop a strong knowledge of DashDevs services to facilitate the sales processCollaborate with the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to devise an effective demand generation strategyWin business for DashDevs in new and existing clientsHandle full sales cycle from initial presentation of DashDevs services to deal closingLiaise with the Legal Department to produce and sign the relevant contractProcess inbound/outbound leads, nurture them and convert into sales opportunitiesUndertake own business development efforts to identify and engage potential clientsPresent company’s services to potential clients on calls and conferences, qualify leads and understand how the benefits of DashDevs services can meet their needsUnderstand and map out the decision-making hierarchy within targetedaccounts to ensure engagement at all levels necessary for the sales processPrepare and present proposalsNegotiate and close deals with customers ensuring project profitabilityAct as a key contact point for customer during the entire sales processMaintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in HubSpotCollaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecastingPlease, pay attention to the fact that business trips could be needed for this position outside of Ukraine.Before we consider you, please answer 2 questions:Can you share an example of how you have used your knowledge of fintech trends to build rapport with a potential client?What techniques do you use in negotiation?WE OFFER20 billable days off in the first year of cooperation, all next years - 25 billable days offFair and competitive compensationFriendly team and enjoyable working environmentClearly described business processes in the company that really workRegular updates on company news, Q&A sessions with top managementFlexible work scheduleRemote work modeAbility to transfer unused vacation to the next yearPartial coverage of co-working costsRegular online team-building events Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Розвиток бізнесу і Продажі Галузі Розробка програмного забезпечення
