Business Development Manager (Junior, Middle)

RetroStyle Games is a cozy team of like-minded people , who are in love with games, animation and 2D/3D graphics. We specialize in game creation and quality art outsourcing for clients from all over the world.

We are currently looking for a person to become part of our great BizDev/Sales team in the Kyiv office.

Our goal is to double the number of active clients and the quality of the projects we take on. We strive to continue to build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

You will:

1. Find potential customers, communicate and maintain relationships with professionals in the gaming industry.
2. Project management from advance payment to final payment and customer support to provide a high level of service.
3. Cooperation with PM as well as Promo/SEO departments to create custom offers.
4. Formation of proposals for the development of lead generation.

You are our ideal candidate if:

1. You have an understanding of 2D and 3D game themes. You can easily support conversations about the game industry and surprise even an experienced colleague with your knowledge.
2. You have English at the and Upper Intermediate level and above.
3. You have brilliant communication skills, you are excellent at networking and conducting presentations.
4. You easily immerse yourself in learning new things and maintain interest in your professional development
