We believe that talented people can create cool projects no matter where they are!We are looking for a motivated New Business Manager to build our product — Jooble Job Aggregator.We are seeking a motivated New Business Manager to drive Jooble’s growth by generating leads, new business models, nurturing relationships, and expanding our customer base.What You'll Be Doing:Shape Jooble’s value proposition and business model to revolutionize the job search industry;Stay ahead of industry trends, gathering insights for strategic growth;Identify and qualify potential customers who align with our ICP;Proactively engage prospects through various channels;Conduct impactful meetings with potential customers, highlighting unique benefits;Testing of hypotheses and business models.Your Skills:Fluent Ukrainian;2+ years of experience working in the full-cycle sales process (with emphasis on cold sales);German proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate and higher (spoken and written);English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written);Great background in lead generation;Knowledge of sales software like Snov.io, Outreach, and Sales Navigator;High level of communication, persuasion/argumentation, and presentation skills;High level of self-organization, discipline, strategy, and result orientation;Tech-savvy;Data-driven mindset.Why You’ll Love Working at Jooble:Remote-First: Work from anywhere in the world!
