Job: Business Development Manager for a group of clinical research sites

Essential Responsibilities :

• Development and implementation of customer engagement strategies (pharmaceutical companies, CROs, clinical research sponsors, dietary supplement manufacturers, medical techniques);
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, including negotiation and conclusion of contracts;
• Market of clinical research to identify new opportunities and development directions;
• Cooperation with operational teams to ensure high-quality services at clinical research sites;
• Management of the full cycle of client projects: from the first contact to the end of cooperation;
• Development of commercial proposals, presentations and advertising materials.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience work in business development or sales in the field of clinical research, pharmaceutical or medical industry (from 2 years);
• Deep understanding of clinical research processes, GCP standards and site specifics;
• Skills negotiate, conclude agreements and form long-term partnerships;
• High communication and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English (oral and written communication);
• Ability to work with CRM systems, analytical tools and create advertising materials.
