We are currently opening a startup company that will sell medical cannabis products in Ukraine. To do this, we are looking for proactive specialists who are ready for business challenges in a new domain for our country. We offer a unique opportunity to take part in the creation of a Ukrainian company that will launch a legal and licensed import of raw materials for medical products. For a successful start, we need a Business Development Manager who will help us establish contacts with new customers and increase sales volumes. Your responsibility will be :1. Expanding the client base - Attracting new clients through active work with potential clients, including holding meetings, presentations and negotiations. 2. Increase in sales volume - Achieving established sales goals, which includes increasing income from existing loyal customers. 3. Development and implementation of business development strategies - Development and implementation of strategies that contribute to the long-term growth of the company, taking into account the analysis of the market, competitors and customers. 4. Establishing and maintaining partnership relations - Creating and maintaining strong relations with partners that can contribute to business development and expansion of markets. 5. Implementation of effective customer management (CRM) processes and tools - Selection, implementation and optimization of a CRM system for effective management of relationships with customers and partners. 6. Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals - Development of high-quality commercial proposals that meet the needs of customers and help in reaching agreements. 7. Analysis of the market and competitors - Conducting a detailed analysis of the market to identify new opportunities, threats and competitive advantages. 8. Optimization of sales processes - Identification and implementation of improvements in sales processes to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. 9. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Constant work on improving interaction with customers, identifying and meeting their needs. 10. Reporting and analysis of results - Preparation of regular reports for the company's management on the results achieved, analysis of the implementation of plans and goals, proposals for further actions. What we expect from you: Experience in analyzing the market and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors in the pharmaceutical field. Experience in strategic planning and programs for its implementation (Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project). Experience in the development of financial forecasts and budgets. The ability to effectively negotiate and conclude agreements. Experience in the development andimplementation of sales strategies. Knowledge of the basics of marketing strategies and tactics. Experience in developing marketing campaigns to support business initiatives. Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush). Experience in using databases and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau). Knowledge of the basics of commercial law, legal aspects of concluding contracts. Experience in developing risk management plans. Their identification and analysis. Innovation and product development. Experience in developing new products and services to increase competitiveness. Business analytics. Ability to use tools for business analysis (Power BI, SAP BI), experience in preparing reports. salary and bonus programs (corresponding to experience and achievements); Ability to implement ideas and see the result of their implementation; Full employment with the opportunity to work in a hybrid format (office and remote).
