We are looking for: Full university degree 5 years of work experience in BD & salesExperience in a professional field (engineering, etc.) is desirableHigh level of knowledge and experience in the field of engineering and business;In-depth understanding of market dynamics, business principles and trends in relevant industriesBusiness negotiation skillsEnglish language (fluent speaking and writing) Business trips in Ukraine and abroad Duties and responsibilities: Monitoring and evaluation of development (with customers, potential customers, competitors, in new products and services) in one or more market sectors within the framework of the Company's strategic policy, in order to be aware of investments at early stages stages and be able to anticipate market/customer requirements. Development of market vision, definition and selection of new markets and customer groups. Transforming new concepts into a real business case, a concrete go-to-market plan and appropriate implementation actions. Active support of the relevant line of business. Development and expansion of the client portfolio by identifying and actively establishing contacts with potential new clients (cold calls) in order to create real opportunities for profit. Establishing and maintaining good external contacts (clients, stakeholders, strategic partners, etc.) and internal contacts. Maintenance and development of professional relationships with (international) national clients and, if necessary, coordination of multi-level client work groups, taking into account the potential of the client, which is assessed in the form of a strategic plan for work with clients. Development, coordination and monitoring of plans sales, including an action plan for each customer, within several market segments, in order to identify priorities for the best approach to customers, as well as planning and ensuring agreed sales targets.
