ELIGITA GROUP OF COMPANIES opens a representative office of ADM (Wild) in the Ukrainian market and is looking for an employee for business development in Ukraine, who will work together with the director of the company in the Ukrainian market, cooperate with the Lithuanian team of technologists and by foreign suppliers of food ingredients. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (B2B) (FOOD INGREDIENTS FOR NON-ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) Workplace: Kyiv (Western part) MAIN DUTIES: Market and trend analysis, competitor activity and customer behavior; Search for potential customers; Analysis of needs clients; Participation in business meetings; Preparation of commercial offers and contracts; Negotiations and conclusion of mutually beneficial agreements with potential clients; Development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients; Organization of consultations and seminars for clients both in Ukraine and in foreign countries; Cooperation with Lithuanian sales, marketing departments, technologists and foreign suppliers; Conducting surveys of customer satisfaction with services. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of sales experience in the food industry (selling food ingredients will be considered an advantage); Excellent negotiation skills and ability to represent the company; Higher education in the field of food technology and knowledge of English or German will be considered an advantage; Creativity, prudence, sociability, insight and analytical thinking; Valid driver's license in the category.
