The business development manager provides search and support for market entry (obtaining commercial conditions, conducting negotiations, support for conclusion of contracts , etc.) of new products in the company's portfolio, congruent with its mission and financial goals; on building and maintaining mutually beneficial partnership relations; providing support to the company's marketing and service departments for the most effective commercialization of products.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Setting tasks for the launch manager, regulatory specialist and other members project group, primary analysis of input data from them, project management and turnkey contract support.
- Search for partners, including "cold" contacts.
- Check partner documents.
- Supporting the conclusion of the contract, product registration, development and coordination of artworks, labeling text, print proofs, order placement, payment, youproduction, delivery and customs clearance of the product.
- Preparation of additional documentation.
- Coordination of the work of all adjacent divisions, managers of outsourced services when working on the project.
- Building loyal and long-term relationships with partners.
- Tracking trends and practices of world medicine.
- Tracking trends and practices of the world, European pharmaceutical market, the pharmaceutical market of the CIS countries and Ukraine.
- Help in the construction of selective markets for analysis.
- Multifactor market analysis.
- Evaluation of the potential of a new product from a business point of view.
- Formation of independent CONCLUSIONS and recommendations.
>- Preparation of reports as a result of collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, and business cases.
- Working in CRM systems.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business.
- Marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Availability of medical and pharmaceutical knowledge.
- At least 1 year of work with the business development manager function (not necessarily in the position of business development manager).
- Understanding the patient journey.
- Understanding fundamental processes of pharmaceutical commercial business, various interactions and influence of external / internal factors on decision-making, growth and decline of sales, appointments, recommendations, promotional activities, etc.
- Experience of project work.
- Skills are hard adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to switch between tasks.
- Experience of cooperation with foreign partners.
- History of successful project management.
