We are searching for experienced Business Development Manager to join our team! 

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

   - Execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

   - Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.

2. Market Analysis:

   - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and competitors.

   - Analyze market data and trends to inform business strategies and decision-making.

3. Partnerships and Alliances:

   - Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, including exchanges, wallets, payment processors, and financial institutions.

   - Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize mutualbenefits.

4. Client Acquisition:

   - Implement strategies to acquire and retain clients in the cryptocurrency space.

   - Work closely with the marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

5. Product Development Support:

   - Collaborate with product development teams to provide market insights and ensure product offerings meet client needs and market demands.

   - Participate in product launch activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

   - Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends for senior management.

Requirements\Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;

- Proven track record in business development or a related role within the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and regulatory landscape.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, including smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, etc.

- Established network within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex market data.
