We invite a Middle Business Development Manager to FRACTAL New - role with a focus on B2B leadership, C-level negotiations and development of existing clients.

Who we need

Hard Skills:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or sales for more than 2 years: understanding the specifics of the business market, processes and requirements
  • Experience of working at events: networking, finding contacts, building relationships, preparing for the event
  • Experience of working with Cross & Up Sell: the ability to enter into negotiations and convey the benefits of additional solutions
  • Experience of conducting negotiations at the level of top management of large clients: knowledge of negotiation techniques and strategies. High communication skills
  • Experience in working with CRM and Google products (documents, tables, presentations)
  • Analytical skills: be able to analyze the client's business, screen the project and find optimal solutions for the tasks
     

Will be a plus:
 

  • Experience with tenders: search for tenders, preparation of tender documentation, negotiation and conclusion of contracts
  • Knowledge of English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
  • Own developed base of clients and leads (SMO, SOO, CEO, HRD) with the possibility of developing cooperation in the future.

What to do

  • Process the established lead base, consistently and professionally build relationships with them by advising them on our products/services
  • Develop existing relationships with customers: conduct meetings, presentations and demonstrations of products/services in order to Identify opportunities for cross-selling between companies groups
  • Represent FRACTAL at industry events, conferences in order to find new customers
  • Find a variantyou on how to get to the right contact and how to convey the value of the product/service to him
  • Work with the existing customer base and FRACTAL leads (update the customer base, including archival and potential customers, keep reports)
  • Accompany the customer at various stages of negotiations with companies
  • Interact and cooperate with internal teams.
  • Analyze the market and competitors (analyze activity of competitors, monitor their participation in negotiations/tenders and help adapt offers in accordance with changes in the market)
