The company proposes to join the team of professionals business development manager with experience in large companies and in the public sector in the fields of energy, defense, construction, which has established contacts and understands the specificity of interaction with the customer on state-owned construction and renewal programs. We focus on the market by level and discuss individually (stable part and bonus).

  • Purpose: with > Support of a hundred logo company growth through expansion of project portfolio /orders , increase < em> participation in state programs in various fields (energy, defense, country restoration, etc.) and formation of strong partnerships.

    Main tasks:

    • Analysis of the Construction and Infrastructure Market, Definition : Energy (reconstruction), defense (infrastructure), restoration agency, infrastructure projects funded by international organizations, etc.)
    • Formation /
    • Establishing and maintaining relations with key state structures, ministries, local administrations, development of long -term contacts. li> formation of the image of the company as a reliable partner in the field of construction and infrastructure.
    • Improvement of the tender strategy to ensure the competitiveness of the company.
    • Development of financial models for evaluation of project efficiency. > Search for construction contracts in commercial organizations. 

    Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

      5+ years industries or infrastructure projects.
    • Experience in working with government orders, participation in tender procedures (ProZorro or similar systems).
    • Participation in Business Expanding, Signing up with Derwith a gap and large private clients. l>
    • Knowledge of the legislative framework governing the industry. l>
    • Knowledge of the construction market, trends, competitors.
    • The ability to determine the prospects of development, create and implement effective business strategies.
    • High level of negotiation skills with public authorities, partners , contractors, the ability to build long -term relationships.
    • The ability to work in different regions of Ukraine, presenting the interests of the company on the ground.
    • A confident MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint).
