Today you have the opportunity to join our team of professionals who confidently step towards the same goal and are united by common interests and life values , because we are looking for a Business Development Manager.
What will you do:
- Analysis competitive environment and the needs of the target audience;
- Assessment of the potential of selected industries using the developed methodology in cooperation with BI (Business Intelligence) to analyze the number of companies, vacancies, as well as financial potential;
- Development of a strategy for working with selected industries in order to expand the client base and increase the volume of sales;
- Lead generation of new clients, as well as work with clients who have not previously cooperated with the company in the specified industry. Establishing and maintaining contacts with them;
- Conducting negotiations on terms of cooperation and concluding contracts. Development of sales strategy, preparation of commercial offers and presentations for clients;
- Participation in external events. Participation as a speaker or participant in external events to attract new customers. Conducting interviews for specialized media in collaboration with marketing and PR teams;
- Interaction with Product Managers. If it is necessary to involve managers in the Discovery process of customer needs, the formation of a backlog of improvements for focal industries. Control of delivery terms;
- Active cooperation with thought leaders in the industry to strengthen the image of the company.
We need you if you have:< /p>
- From 2 years of experience in a similar position (Business Development Manager or similar role);
- English language level B2, but not lower than B1;
- Practical experience in complex negotiations with clients and partners, conclusion of contracts, development of commercial proposals;
- Experience in implementing projects for the development of new markets;
- Understanding the basics of financial analysis, budgeting and project profitability assessment;
- li>Experience in IT will be an advantage.
