Business Development Manager in Softiko

SOFTICO - Value Added distribution since 2013, a company with many years of successful experience in the field of IT distribution. We offer information security solutions, software supply and licensing from world leaders, CAD solutions, IT integration and maintenance services.

We continue to develop the direction of information security. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager, who is ready to take responsibility for the sale and promotion of the vendor's line of solutions on the Ukrainian market.

For us, a Business Development Manager is a person who:

• Responsible for the vendor's product line.
• Manages the product's pricing policy.
• Identifies the methods of promotion and sales of the product line.
• Understands the working principles of IT solutions.
• Has a sufficient level of English to communicate with his vendor.
• Professional in communications and human behavior analysis (can listen and hear the client, communicate with him in the same language).
• Has presentation skills.
• Has a good understanding b2b sales.

What will need to be done?

• Identify potential customers and explore new market prospects.
• Approach companies to present our solution.
• Schedule meetings, present solutions, negotiate.
• Develop partnership programs for cooperation .
• Issuing product prices and discounts and registering projects.
• Building and developing strong long-term relationships with partners/clients.
• Cooperate with the marketing department to increase sales and brand awareness.
