As a Business Development Manager, you will address the critical need for expanding our network of Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), ensuring a robust and diversified ecosystem for our programmatic advertising operations. This role is essential in solving the challenge of limited partner diversity, which can restrict access to premium inventory and optimized bidding opportunities.
Who you are:
— 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within an AdTech, SSP, DSP, or media company
— Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and related technologies
— Experience negotiating and closing deals with programmatic partners, demonstrating strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
— Proven ability to identify and assess opportunities for new partnerships and drive revenue growth
— Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to changing industry trends
— Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
— Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with a focus on driving measurable results through strategic partnerships
— Advanced English
What You Will Do:
— Proactively identify and pursue new SSP and DSP partnerships that align with our strategic goals
— Lead negotiations with prospective SSP and DSP partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements
— Secure favorable terms that maximize revenue potential while maintaining long-term relationships
— Develop and maintain strong relationships with current SSP and DSP partners
— Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on partner feedback and market trends
— Create and implement strategies to expand our programmatic footprint, includingentering new markets or verticals
— Attend and participate in relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and identify new opportunities
— Act as a brand ambassador, building the company’s reputation within the programmatic advertising community
