Weare atop Salesforce Partner with astrong focus onhigh-quality solutions, soitiskey not tosell, but toconsult our potential customers.Key Responsibilities: —Lead, develop, and close opportunities with confidence and inaconsultative manner;—Complete required pre-sales documentation;—Collaborate with marketing and development teams onpreparing sales &marketing materials toengage with clients;—Foster and develop relationships with the Salesforce representatives tosell Noltic’s services and products;—Research and identify new business opportunities— including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services— orsupport inidentifying new ways ofreaching existing markets;—Meet with prospects and clients face toface (business trips required).Requirements: —Minimum of2years ofexperience insales, with aproven track record ofselling solutions intheIT sphere;—Advanced (ideally fluent) English;—Result-oriented and responsible with experience inafast-paced growth environment;—Excellent people and relationship-building skills, across all seniority levels;—Strong presentation skills with analytic and logical thinking;—Excellent verbal and written communication skills;—Strategic thinking— the ability tosee the big picture and new opportunities;—Ability tothrive working with different cultures.Optional: —Strong network ofrelationships with Salesforce AEs.—Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, orrelated field preferred.WeOffer: —Highly experienced team with 10+years ofboth tech and business backgrounds;—Competitive financial compensation based onachievements;—Open communication and afriendly atmosphere within the team;—Paid business trips;—Medical insurance after the probation period;—18working days paid vacation;—Reimbursement ofprofessional certification;—Flexible working schedule, employee-friendly HRpolicy.
