Becoming part of the project engineering team of the Vyshgorod factory for the production of salty snacks, your projects will be related to the installation of a new equipment/infrastructure, modernization of existing equipment/infrastructure in production areas, treatment facilities and energy supply areas of the factory in cooperation with external contractors (Ukrainian and foreign) and in close cooperation with all divisions of the factory.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate business processes for the development of new products and making changes to existing products as part of the responsibility of the factory in close cross-functional cooperation with the Commercial Division and the divisions of the factory and to be the key contact person from the factory and represent a single source of information.
• Actively promote the products and capabilities of the factory among existing and potential new partners in order to optimize the use of production capacities and reduce the cost of production.
• Coordinate the effective cooperation of the factory team during the implementation of projects, namely:
  notify about new projects, modifications and changes;
  •maintain a database of initiatives and projects related to product development;
  •organize regular meetings / conferences to review current and new projects.
• Lead and coordinate the process of gathering information on the annual test budget for new projects/modifications in close cooperation with the factory departments and by the Development and Research (R&D) department.
• Analyze own and available ideas for investment projects from other departments and, after coordination with internal customers and preparation of feasibility studies, prepare requests for the allocation of capital investments, develop technical tasks or accept approved investment projects for implementation.
• To acquaint the management of the factory with the approved projects in general details and each head of the division - with the details belonging to the corresponding division.
• Develop, coordinate, prepare and monitor the implementation of production expansion, factory development and production efficiency projects.
After approval of investments - coordinate, monitor and ensure the installation of new equipment within the approved budget, terms, expenses.
• Together with the Procurement department, evaluate the results of tenders and make proposals for the best choice from the point of view of technical and economic reasons.
• Cooperate with the Procurement department during the preparation of contracts, providing the necessary technical information (TK). Recommend suppliers to the Purchasing department to obtain high-quality and cost-effective equipment.
• Control the delivery, coordinate the start-up and commissioning of technical equipment as part of new projects in cooperation with production, technical and research department.
• Prepare the necessary reports and documents regarding project implementation in accordance with corporate procedures and requirements. Be responsible for project implementation within the approved deadline and budget.

We expect from you: style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience. An additional advantage will be the experience of managing relevant projects for the production of salty snacks or other food products in the FMCG industry, in compliance with the standards of international companies during the introduction of new equipment (sanitary design, HSE, QA and other requirements). 400">Leadership, good communication skills, at least 1 year of project management experience.Proficiency in English (spoken and written) upper-intermediate level.
