What will you do:

- Accounting of the current base of partners (60-70% employment).

- BizDev (30-40% employment) - development and scaling of partnerships, building long-term relationships, participation in negotiations, attracting new partners.

- Cross-team communication with the affiliate team: working with affiliate team requests.

- Representation of the company at conferences, exhibitions, meetups.

p>- R&D activity (as part of ours): search for new customers, their development.

 

What is important to us:
- From 1 year of experience in the position of Advertiser / Account / Business Development manager in the field of affiliate marketing, in the igaming niche.
- Experience in a CPA network (will be a big advantage) or in a media buying company in a similar position.
- English at B1/B2+ level.
- Basic understanding of traffic types: Fb+webview, FB+pwa, PPC Search/Discovery, ASO, UAC, email, SEO.
- Deep understanding of basic performance marketing metrics ( CR, EPC, etc.) and igaming terms (wager, baseline, mindep).
- Experience working on the CPA model.

What will be a plus: >- Working with RS / Hybrid payment models.
- Experience working with well-known players on the market, knowledge of their features.
- Experience attending conferences.
- Understanding the interface and features of popular tracking platforms: Affilka, NetRefer, Income Access etc.
