Responsibilities

• Finding points of business growth and scaling
• Audit and optimization of marketing processes, search for new opportunities
• Audit and optimization of sales processes
• Marketing research, market and competitor analysis
• Work with website and analytics
• Assisting the CEO and CPO in tasks
• Managing teams and auditing the effectiveness of departments

• Business Developer / Product Manager experience / Growth Manager or CEO/COO/CPO from 2 years
• Experience in building or optimizing marketing, sales or business processes
• Skills for working with analytics, data
• Ability to set tasks clearly and to argue their opinions
• English language B1 and above
• Experience of successfully promoting a business or product to results
• Responsibility, systematization, self-organization and communication< /li>
• Ability to learn quickly and improve your results
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance
• Ambition, thirst for development
