What you will do as a Business Data Analyst:

• Study the current state of the business and processes to identify vulnerabilities and growth points.
• Preparation of a sound strategy for system optimization and elimination of problems found by the business analyst.
• Identification, collection, formation, testing and approval of requirements, as well as their detailing.
• Compilation of technical tasks.
• Analysis of ideas, competitors and target audience.
• Modeling of business processes and user scenarios.
• Designing solutions taking into account all the necessary information.
• Communication with testers, programmers, UI/UX designers, customers and project managers during development.
• Creating prototypes, mockups, presentations and product or project descriptions in collaboration with other team members.
• Testing of systems and solutions for performance, compliance with requirements and business logic
• Implementation of changes and control of their implementation.
• Evaluation of results according to key parameters.
• Reports and documentation for users and the team.
• Collection and analysis of feedback from project participants

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Complete higher education by field (master, specialist)
• Deep understanding of the basics of business analysis and the software development process (methodologies, SDLC, etc.).
• Requirements management: discovery, description, approval, quality attributes and more.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization software products (such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI).
• Business processes: understanding, research, model and notation.
• Change management, risk analysis and decision evaluation.
• Requirements management: discovery, description, approval, quality attributes and more.
• Scoop definition and formation.
• Management of relations with project stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the basics of business analysis and the software development process (methodologies, SDLC, etc.).
• Work with documents and large volumes of data.
• Competent drafting of technical tasks, user scenarios and stories.
• Experience working in an Agile team.
