Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling role, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Completed business administration degree (university/UAS), ideally with a focus on controlling or a comparable education
• Affinity for numbers and accuracy
• Flexibility and openness to different tasks
• Hands-on mentality and practical orientation
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Thorough IT skills (Office 365) are required, knowledge of SAP and Oracle is advantageous
• Team-oriented and communicative approach in an intercultural environment
