Supports the development and updating of action plans in the event of incidents, business process recovery plans and their validation (DRP — Disaster Recovery Plan). Organizes and coordinates the work of risk managers/ responsible for BCM in the Group's legal entities in terms of business continuity tasks. Conducts analysis to determine priority business processes and resources of the Naftogaz Group. Modeles scenarios of threats to the continuity of the Naftogaz Group's activities, offers a response strategy to them. Determines approaches to assessing risks, the impact of negative factors on business processes (BIA — Business Impact Analysis). Forms reporting on operational risk management and business continuity. Qualifications: complete higher education (specialist/master); work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years; English - not lower than Intermediate; knowledge of international standards in the field of business continuity management.
