Business Continuity Manager (BCR) in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• conduct business impact analysis (BIA);
• coordinate the development/updation of business continuity plans (BCP); units during an accident and monitoring the elimination of consequences;
• assessing continuity risks and developing measures to eliminate them;
• updating regulatory documents by direction;
• monitoring compliance with NBU requirements, RBI, ISO.

You are suitable if you have:< /b>

• have experience in conducting BIA and the ability to apply their methods;
• have the ability to search of alternative business process recovery scenarios;
• have experience in conducting BCP\DRP testing;
• work experience in the banking sector for at least 3 years.
• have an understanding of options (scenarios) of restoring IT systems;
• experience of coordinating the actions of divisions during an accident and monitoring the elimination of consequences;
• experience of conducting continuity risk assessments and developing measures to eliminate them;
• li> there are approaches to the definition of MBCO, MTPD, RTO, RPO, SLO, SLA, SLI;
• a high level of English;
• there is knowledge and experience in using Powerpoint, Excell (VPR, consolidated tables);
• knowledge of the main regulatory documents of the NBU, banking legislation of Ukraine, ICAAP requirements, ISO standards.
