Functional duties:

• Analysis of the need for training and development of sales personnel
• Development of a training system and plan
• Development of training programs for sales personnel, preparation of educational materials and training manuals
• Development and conduct of management trainings for line managers, store managers and administrative personnel
• Conduct and adaptation of trainings for different personnel groups
• Tracking feedback on the work of trained employees
• Post-training support and assessment of training effectiveness (measurement of achievement of training goals, analysis of training effectiveness)
• Development and implementation of standards
• Development of methodological materials.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience of 2 years in the field of training and personnel development (experience of working as a trainer in a retail network will be an advantage)
• Experience of conducting training and evaluating its effectiveness
• Readiness for business trips.
