• Analysis of the need for training and development of sales personnel
• Development of a training system and plan
• Development of training programs for sales personnel
• Development and conduct of management training for store managers and administrative personnel
• Conduct and adapt training for different groups personnel
• Tracking feedback on the work of trained employees
• Post-training support and evaluation of training effectiveness (measurement of achievement of training goals, analysis of training effectiveness)

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education
• Work experience from 1 years in the field of personnel training and development (experience working as a trainer in a retail network is welcome)
• Experience in conducting training and evaluating its effectiveness
