Functional duties:

• Development and implementation of educational programs and trainings for employees managers;
• Analysis of training needs and creation of relevant training materials;
• Evaluation of training results, feedback to participants and implementation of program improvements;
• Manager support in solving complex cases, providing recommendations and assistance;
• Cooperation with other divisions of the company.

Main requirements:

• Business experience - as a trainer or mentor from 1 year;
• Knowledge of modern methods of training adults;
• Successful experience in developing and conducting training events for managers;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire the team;
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of training and formulate recommendations;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
