• Knowledge: facilitation, Soft Skills. 
• Experience with LMS.
• Skills in staff evaluation.
• Owning the constructors of creating presentations. 
• Canva, PowerPoint, Kahoot, Mentimeter, Excel.
• Ability to create trainings, educational programs, lessons , presentations, tests. 
• Presentation skills. 
• Personnel assessment skills.
