Business banking customer service manager (Kontraktova Ploshcha station) in Raiffeisen Bank

Your future duties:

• Professional and friendly customer service of the business banking segment (individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, corporate business clients): high-quality consultations, quick resolution of issues
• Maintaining relations with existing customers and attracting new ones to the service using the bank's tools
• Selling banking products, identifying customer needs, offering interesting and useful banking solutions
