In this position you will:

  • Free up my time for strategic thinking: You will lead important projects, coordinate key meetings and transformational initiatives so that I can focus on the company's long-term vision.< /span>

  • Organize the work of the office and ensure the efficiency of processes: you will be responsible for ensuring that all work processes are coordinated, information is timely, and decisions are prepared on the basis of complete and up-to-date information.

  • Scan risks and help make informed decisions: You will be my thinking partner, analyst and strategist, helping to anticipate potential problems and find solutions before they occur.

From you we expect:

  • Experience in project management You must have experience in management complex projects, understand business processes and be able to turn ideas into action.

  • Ability to organize and coordinate the work of a team: You must have the ability to effectively manage a team, communicate at all levels of the organization and ensure the coordinated work of all departments.

  • Proactive approach and adaptability: We are looking for a person who can quickly adapt to changes, make independent decisions within his competence and always be one step ahead.

  • Emotional intelligence and diplomacy: The ability to build and maintain productive relationships within the company, as well as being a confidant of the manager.
