- How people are hired and teams are built.
- Financial accounting and financial business models.
- Building and monitoring people's KPI.
- Building and debugging business processes from scratch.
- Possibility of partnership in future joint projects (over time).

- English B2 or higher.
- Working with the Russian-speaking team, in particular. Most of the time you will communicate with me: I speak Russian (basic), English and Ukrainian. If Ukrainian is the easiest for you to speak, great, I will only be glad to hear it every day.
Examples of problems:
- Keep financial records of projects (from Excel, Finmap to QuickBooks).
- Collect data, analyze, structure and convey in a concise form.
- Find and analyze competitors (mainly USA/EU markets).
- Write a technical task to a contractor or employee and monitor the performance of their tasks.
- Write a vacancy, publish it, conduct initial testing of candidates.
- Develop a financial or business model of the project.
- Find, choose and implement work tools or services (for example, a CRM system).
- Various types of marketing tasks (advertising campaigns, creatives, reputation, etc.).
- Test of various hypotheses and business directions.
Schedule and payment
- Salary $600-1000 (depending on experience) + bonuses for achieving goals and KPIs.
- 100% remote work.
- Work schedule: 8-hour working day, 5 days a week.
- My time zone is GMT-7 (the difference with Ukraine is 9 hours). It is important that you can be in touch at least until 21:00 Kyiv time. If you're a late bird, that's great.
