What do we offer?

• Online format of work. Located in Portugal? That would be a plus.

• Graphic: from 09:00 to 19:00, readiness to be in touch 24/7.

• Trial period: 3 months.

• Salary: Fixed rate and bonuses ($1500 to $2000 depending on your experience and skills).

• Paid Internship: 1 week.

Who are we looking for?

• The person-organizer. You not only control the execution of tasks, but also act in advance.

• Responsible Player with management experience capable of automating processes and establishing communication between departments.

• Technologically literate: experience with Telegram, Google, Microsoft services is a must; knowledge of AI, automation, IT processes will be a plus.

• Mature professional: high emotional intelligence, ability to make decisions in crisis situations.

• Knowledge of EnglishB2 and above (for communication with contractors).

This job requires proactivity, responsibility and involvement in all aspects of business. Your task is to create a system in which everyone works efficiently, and the manager has time to focus on strategic issues.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring the execution of the tasks of the manager and the team. 
• Constantly monitor the progress of tasks, organize regular updates on the status of projects.

• Systematize the manager's work processes, delegate tasks to responsible persons, monitor their execution.

• Establish interaction between heads of different departments.

• Analyze where bottlenecks occur in communication or task performance.

• Independently propose solutions to eliminate delays.

• Develop and maintain a LinkedIn profile.

• Plan and implement activities that increase brand awareness.

• Coordinate content creation with contractors.

• Analyze the company's main metrics, signal deviations to the manager.

• Ensure transparency of work results for the manager and the team.

• Analyze the effectiveness of decisions and processes.

• Supporting the manager in making decisions.

• Correctly indicate areas of growth where the manager or the company can improve.

• Respond to non-standard challenges, even in the absence of instructions.

• Ensure "pushing" of tasks at critical moments (reminders, prioritization).

• Solve organizational problems before involving the manager.

• Constantly learn new tools or technologies together with the manager.

• Offer new ideas to optimize processes.
