Business assistant in Soprano, Vokalna Akademiya

Hello, my name is Dmytro, I am the founder of the Soprano vocal academies network. In 1 year, we opened 4 studios in Moldova and Poland. There are a lot of plans and projects that I need help with. It will be a great opportunity to gain access to a huge amount of knowledge and skills, working with me personally, learning from my experience. I am looking for a person who wants to create cool products, is constantly developing and wants to grow to a project manager. 

My ideal candidate:
- has leadership qualities, is able to plan work with a detailed time estimate;
- is able to work in multitasking mode;
- can independently understand unfamiliar issues and business processes;
- can independently launch new hypotheses, funnels and directions;
- is not afraid to take responsibility for decisions made;
- knowledge of English on a conversational level.
The ability to create websites, run ads and create advertising creatives will be an advantage

What will you do?
There are a lot of tasks: from competitor analysis , control and search for employees and contractors, work with reporting and tables, to carry out personal assignments and work with the calendar and schedule and much more.

Schedule:< /strong> is not normalized, the work is remote online, may be partially offline.

Motivation:
At the initial stage, the salary is UAH 10,000 with further growth. Also the possibility of growth to project manager or partner.
