We invite you Business analyst to join our team and participate in the development and automation of the company's business processes.

Your key tasks:

• Interaction with internal customers, analysis and formalization of the customer's business requirements;

• Participation in the automation of business processes company;

  
  

• Description of company processes taking into account system architecture using such techniques as process modeling, User Stories, Use Case;

• Writing technical specifications for finalizing systems and setting technical tasks for software development;

  
  

• Start-up support, as well as life cycle support processes;

• Writing instructions, conducting presentations and training on the implementation of functionality.

Our expectations:

Experience:

• Experience as a business analyst from 2 years.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Practical experience in production tasks to developers.

• Confident skills in writing User Stories and Use Cases.

• Understanding and application of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to work in a team, focus on user needs and results.

• Understanding business processes of production, distribution, back office and of finance.

Languages:

• English is at a level sufficient to work with documentation and communication.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience with the Creatio system or other BPMN editors.
