Description:Your goal will be to transfer business needs to highly detailed technical requirements.You will work closely with the product managers and architects to understand all requirements and the technical side of the existing SCADA system. In most cases, you will work with technical managers who will provide you with information about the current solutions and new requirements.Requirements:Excellent written and oral communication skillsDeep understanding of SDLCStrong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skillsSkills in analyzing and documenting requirementsAbility to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflowHas practical knowledge of requirements decomposition (Epics definition, User stories, Tasks).at least four years of experience as a business analystExperience with SCADA is pleasant to haveExperience with API is a plusExperience with C#/.NET, and PostgreSQL is a plusKnowledge and experience in the energy industry is a plus.
