Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and manual QA tester in a software development environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
• Experience with Jira for tracking and managing project requirements and defects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and methodical, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.
