• Elicit business requirements through various techniques such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and site visits.
• Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources, distinguishing user requests from underlying needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and deliver artefacts such as Functional Requirements, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and Interface Designs.
• Communicate effectively with the Executive Team to make sure that created documents and artifacts reflect correctly with company objectives and needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, anycast delivery, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven strong requirements documentation, requirements development/elaboration skills, system/user guides documentation.
• Ability to gather and elaborate requirements fast in an outsourced environment, which includes the ability to be flexible in schedule so as to decrease the impact of time difference.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP or similar) are considered a plus.
