We work in the field of digital solutions and optimization of business processes. We help clients analyze requirements, build product logic and make their systems more efficient.
In connection with the expansion of projects, we are looking for a Business Analyst who wants to develop in analytics and work alongside an experienced team.

We will consider candidates:

• no experience

• with minimal commercial experience

• senior students courses who want to enter the BA-direction

The main thing is logic, structure and desire to learn.

Duties of a Business Analyst:

1. Work with requirements and documentation

• collection of requirements from internal teams or clients

• analysis of business processes and formation of descriptions

• preparation of technical tasks (in clear words, without difficult terms at the start)

• creation of Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria

2. Communication and coordination

• participation in meetings with the development team

• clarification of task details, setting requirements

• synchronization between designers, PM and Dev-team

• support of transparent and clear communication between all participants of the process

3. Analytics and research

• analysis of the market, competitors, user experience

• creation of simple schemes, diagrams, block diagrams

• modeling of business processes (BPMN - we will teach if there is no experience)

4. Testing and verification of product logic

• initial verification of implementation compliance with requirements

• validation of functionality before transfer to release

• writing simple checklists and test scripts

5. Documenting the results

• keeping tables, structuring project materials

• updating Confluence / Google Docs / Notion (we will learn)

• maintaining the relevance of all project information

Our ideal candidate:

• logical, attentive, structured

• can formulate thoughts are simple and clear

• able to analyze and find patterns

• responsible and organized

• has a basic understanding of IT products or willingness to dive deep

• knows Excel/Google Sheets at a basic level

• will be a plus: knowledge of Jira, Figma, basic diagrams (not mandatory)

We offer:

• salary UAH 33,000 – 38,000

• comfortable schedule Mon–Fri, 09:30–19:00
