We are currently looking for a specialist for the position "WEB and APP business analyst" who shares our values ​​and wants to become part of our company.

Main responsibilities:

• collection, formalization and agreement of requirements with customers;
• analysis of requirements (application of various methodologies and notations - prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors);
• performance control projects and compliance with deadlines;
• analysis of efficiency and generation of proposals for optimization of processes;
• development of documentation;
• consultation of programmers and testers during product development, discussion of controversial points with the customer;
• meetings with the project team and with the customer;
• development of conceptual solutions, writing technical specifications;
• preparation of presentations for management and customers.

Requirements:

• have successful experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• confidently know BPMN and UML ;
• have experience working with JIRA, MS Project, as well as experience using Agile and Waterfall frameworks;
• have UX/UI skills, experience working with Figma;
• have successful experience in writing user stories, understand the purpose of epic;
• experience with formalization and documentation of product requirements (business model, diagrams, low-level usage scenarios, visualized prototypes of user interfaces);
• understand the life cycle of software development;
• have such qualities as - the ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for them, work in multitasking mode and proactivity.
