Requirements:

· 2 years of experience as a WEB business analyst;

· experience in setting tasks for developers, practical skills in writing User Stories, Use Cases;

· ability to work in a team and focus on solving user problems and tasks;

· knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

· understanding/knowledge of e-commerce processes, a complex of information systems — online stores;

· work experience in the retail sphere, e-commerce, agricultural sphere will be an advantage .

Responsibilities:

· interaction with internal customers, analysis and formalization of the customer's business requirements;

· participation in the automation of the company's business processes;

· planning project work, drawing up a plan for the implementation of individual tasks;

· description of the company's processes taking into account the system architecture using such techniques as process modeling, User Stories, Use Cases;

· writing instructions, conducting presentations and training on the implementation of functionality.
