Responsibilities:

• Study of employee activity for further description of the business process
• Modeling of the business process scheme, identification of bottlenecks and formation of improvement options
• Development of work instructions for employees on the business process
• Verification of the business process in the working environment
• Periodic monitoring of the results of the business process execution
• Conducting a planned audit of the process in "fields", forming a summary of the process audit
• Investigation of the reasons for process deviation (if any) and provision of recommendations for process implementation
• Preparation of process optimization/improvement solutions

Requirements for the position:

• Ability to logically, consistently and competently express your opinion in written form
• Effective communication skills, high level of communication, ability to conduct interviews
• Experience in writing instructions and normative documents for employees
• Understanding the structure of Retail work in the field of products food
• Preferably work in the field of food retail or logistics/ commerce/marketing/finance, etc.
• Work with business processes and business modeling will be an advantage

• Structural thinking, initiative, the ability to organize working time according to the set tasks and goals, responsibility for the result, the ability to argue an opinion, flexibility and the desire to learn.
• The ability to think logically, analytical abilities, consistency, sociability, inclination to study and self-study.
