Requirements: - Experience as a business analyst for 2 years or more. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum work principles. - Knowledge of business modeling methods - processes (UML, BPMN).- Experience with tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, DB Designer).- Skills in creating technical documentation (BRD, User Stories, Use Cases).- Analytical thinking, attention to detail.- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team. Responsibilities:- Collection, analysis and documentation of requirements from interested parties.- Development of business and functional specifications (BRD, FRD, User Stories).- Modeling of business processes using UML/BPMN.- Conducting analysis of the market, competitors and internal processes.- Support of communication between business and by technical teams.- Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented solutions and further optimization of processes.- Organization and holding of meetings and demos. It will be an advantage:- Experience with ERP systems.- Understanding the principles of API integrations.- Knowledge of the basics of SQL for working with databases.
