Your area of responsibility will include: li>Ensuring the effective functioning of the reporting system in the current CRM system based on business needsInitiating changes to develop the system in accordance with market needsManaging the processes of creating reports and developing information panels in PowerBI on based on business requests from market usersCooperation with the TME Connect central team and providing recommendations on data architecture depending on business needsSupporting CRM system maintenance processes, problem solving, testing changes within the framework of releases together with representatives of the TME Connect central teamManagement of operational processes of the sales department using the available tools of the operational module (planning of activities, technical setting of distribution goals at the level of retail outlets, creation of routes, reporting for offline users etc.) on a regular basis according to current instructionsCooperation with the IT department to implement the use of the most relevant and modern IT solutions What we we offer:

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:
- Higher education (preferably IT, technical)
- 1-2 years of work experience in an international company
- 1 year of experience in IT (CRM) or application programming
- Skills in working with relational databases, writing SQL queries
- Experience in working with Power BI (DAX, Power BI Desktop , Power BI Server)
- Leadership and team management skills (2+ people)
- Developed skills of effective communication and constructive conflict resolution
- Critical thinking, developed analytical skills abilities and presentation skills
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language, English language level from Intermediate and above
- Fluency in Microsoft Office365 and Power Platform office applications
During the selection process, you will be expected to:
- Communication with a representative of the "People and Culture" department
- Online meeting with the Manager
- Predictive Index Test
