Responsibilities:

- Gathering requirements and creating a technical specification (TS) for the development of Admin Panel 2.0:

  1. Interacting with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
  2. Analyzing current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement;
  3. Developing and agreeing on detailed TS for the development team;
  4. Acceptance of the Admin Panel 2.0 according to the project scope.

 

- Adapting game texts from English to social English:

  1. Translating and adapting game texts considering the specifics of social language used in casinos operating under the sweepstakes model;
  2. Ensuring cultural and contextual appropriateness of the translated materials.

 

- Gathering requirements and creating TS for internal projects:

  1. Analyzing the company’s business processes and gathering requirements for internal projects;
  2. Developing detailed specifications and TS;
  3. Supporting and coordinating internal projects from concept to implementation.

 

 

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in IT companies, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry;

- Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools;

- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation;

- Skilled in using project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence);

- Strong technical writing abilities;

- Experience in translating and adapting content for specific audiences;

- Proficient in data analysis and process modeling;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;

- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

- High level of adaptability and flexibility;

- Strong organizational and time management skills;

- Ability to work independently and take initiative;

- Attention to detail and precision in work;

- Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
